FOUNDER
Who you will work with
Model and Matter was founded by Dr. Fadi Almasri, a cloud architect based in Chicago with 20 years of experience in systems engineering, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure.
Fadi has spent his career helping teams design, build, and run production systems. His work includes AI/ML platforms, migrations of legacy applications to the cloud, automated delivery pipelines, and more reliable infrastructure for companies in e-commerce, travel, finance, and technology.
Earlier in his career, he worked in DevOps and infrastructure engineering at leading e-commerce companies and online travel agencies, where he rose from lead engineer to engineering manager. He built teams, modern deployment platforms, and self-service infrastructure tools, and cut cloud costs along the way.
Fadi holds a Doctor of Science in Computer Science from Colorado Technical University, where he also teaches computer science as an adjunct professor. He works directly on every Model and Matter engagement.
